Team Philosophy & Long Term Goals:

Short Term Goals:

Healthy Team/Program Communication: 

  • Winter Fundraiser (Super Bowl Squares - secures $1400 for team/pays out $600)

  • Obtain Sponsorship Commitments at all levels ($50; $100; $200; $300)

  • Collect 100% of our Team Player fees/dues by March 1, 2025 to solidify tournament registrations and season schedule

  • Hold a mid-March Uniform hand out & Movie Night with the team

  • Hold 3 Beyond Baseball Events to immerse our Mavericks in the QC community

  • Continue to grow and strengthen our relationship with Moline Little League.

  • Grow the 3 C’s (Climate / Culture / Chemistry) of our program more each week.

2025 Spring/Summer Player Fee Information

Player fees: $300. You player fees cover:

  • Uniforms (Jerseys, Pants, Hat, T-Shirt)

  • Tournament entry fees

  • League game fees

  • USSSA Team/Player Registration fees

  • Player Insurance

  • Facility Usage

  • Baseballs & Team Equipment

  • Umpire Costs

Fees Payable by: Cash, Check (made out to QC Mavericks) Paypal (@bmlayer7), Venmo @QCMavsBaseball OR PurposeCoaching  

*Sending the dues to Coach Layer’s personal Venmo @PurposeCoaching) will save us $7.50 in transaction fees for each set of Player fees.

Payment plans are fine: ½ now and ½ at the end of March.
